Hello guys! Have you been excited to know where would we go for today’s attraction? Well not so excited as you’ve read the title isn’t? So as the title goes, we’re going to explore what has been made Kuala Terengganu as one of the famous attraction in Malaysia.

Masjid Kristal/Crystal Mosque

Masjid Kristal was opened to public on 2008. This eye-catching mosque is made of steel, glass and crystal with a Moorish-infused architecture and has a capacity of 1500 people per entrance. Masjid Kristal was built on a 2000 metre squares land and it's located at the Islamic Heritage Park on Wan Man Island. The majestic Masjid Kristal juxtaposed against the calm blue sky and also attract tourists at night with it's eye-catching view of colourful neon lights that will surely make your experience came here is priceless!

Next, we have Lang Tengah Island or Pulau Lang Tengah was a place for you guys that want to feel the experience of holiday at overseas. To get here, you need to drive or get to Tanjung Merang. Then you’ll have a ferry ride of 22.5 km to reach here. A clear blue water just makes this island was a place for you to spend your whole day here. Additionally, there is no motorised transportation on the island so you have to traverse the island by foot and feel the nature of this cinematic island. Very recommended to them that loves a peace scenery!

Rantau Abang Sanctuary Centre

This sanctuary centre started their operation since 1985, and on 1989,Pantai Rantau Abang was declared as Rantau Abang Turtle Sanctuary. There’s a bunch of turtle species that could land here to lay their eggs, such as Penyu Belimbing (Dermochelys Coriacea), Penyu Karah (Eretmochelys Imbricata), Penyu Agar (Chelonia Mydas) and Penyu Lipas (Lepidochelys Olivacea). They also took the care of adults and kids turtles and you can go to the turtle’s egg hatching area to see by yourself how the turtle’s eggs looks likes as they took the eggs to make a research for it.

Pantai Batu Buruk, Kuala Terengganu was a famous beach, with it’s white sandy. This place was a great place for family outing and hang out with friends, as this place will be crowded during weekend. On windy days, playing kite on the beach is a good idea as you’ll see a lot of vendors selling their variety of kites. A reminder that swimming can be dangerous here, so make sure to be careful even want to enjoy, okay? I’m surprised with the ATV activity was bring out here when I’m visited this place last year that makes it as a great place for family activity, and there’s varieties food stalls can be found at this Pantai Batu Buruk. So, make sure you put this Pantai Batu Buruk on your list to go at this Kuala Terengganu okay?

Pasar Kedai Payang

The Central Market which is known as Pasar Payang by locals is located on the side of Terengganu River and it’s the most well-known tourism destination in Kuala Terengganu through the year. This market sells various kinds of traditional handcraft products such as batik, silk cloth and songket. Visitors that coming to this market will surely enjoy buying the local products as there’s a lot of shops that offers quality products with great prices. You can also find traditional foods such as keropok lekor, keropok sira and other traditional delicious foods here. This market is also a suitable place to observe and understand the culture here while seeing the local people or inbound tourist busy shopping. Must be a good place for collecting souvenirs to bring home, don’t we?
